*FULL Coordination ( 9 to 12 months before the wedding )
    - Starts from the 1st day of the preparation

    - Ceremony & Reception Sites (ocular inspection)
    - Coordination with suppliers
       (booking, contract signing, payments & delivery dates)
    - Wedding Rehearsals
    - Wedding Itinerary
    - Wedding Etiquettes
    - Bride & Groom Checklist
    - Bride & Groom Timetable
    - RSVP (for Metro Manila guests)
    - Instructions and directions to wedding guests & suppliers
    - Supervision on the wedding day
           * bride's preparation
           * checking of church & reception set up
           * coordination with musicians or choir
           * coordinate with readers & commentator
           * entourage line up
           * flowers distribution & misalette
           * assistance during offertory
           * guest management
             (registration, seat plan, gift registry etc.)
           * over all reception program & other behind the scene
              events
     - Winding up
           * turn over of gifts, excess souvenirs, left over food,
             and settling of bills.

*SEMI Coordination (half-way & at least 6 months before )
- Turn over of what you have accomplished
    - Coordination with other needed suppliers
    - Other inclusions same as above

* Day Coordination ( 100% complete & one month before )
    - All arrangements are done; our job is to follow up on all your
      suppliers
    - Other inclusions same as above

* Reception Only      ( 100% complete & 1 week before)
    - All arrangements are done
    - Service starts during the Reception Only
    - Overseeing set-up of the venue, table arrangements,
       technicals, food, florist, others
    - Coordinate with the emcee
    - Coordinate with the musicians
