Perhentian island is one of the popular exotic tropical island in Malaysia. Perhentian Island, meaning stopover island is not to be miss.The island is located 21km off the cost of Terengganu. The island made up of 2 main island which is Small PulauPerhentian Kecil (Small Perhentian Island) and Pulau Perhentian Besar (Big Perhentian Island) and several smaller islets to the northwest. It take 45 to one and half hour to reach the island from Kuala Besut Jetty.
Both island covered by virgin rain forest, powdery white beaches, endless streches of palm line, and surrounded by crystal clear water.
