That amazing subject of dread,...
For some time I've been procrastinating on starting a proper exercise and diet program and the fault is mine. However, I have cut out the dreaded "French Fry" from my diet.
Cutting to the chase, one woman, Tiffany whom I respect greatly — for numerous of reasons — accepted an invitation to appear on VH1's reality television show, Celebrity Fit Club Season 5.
I briefly saw her on Independence Day, 2006 and she was carrying a few extra ounces. Later that year she elected to take action.
While the program won't broadcast until April presently available before and after pictures of Tiffany show that she's presently slim and trim!!! Totally Phat! - Pretty, Hot And Tasty! Way To Go!
As for me,.. weight loss,..
I ended up gaining weight during the past year. (Primarily due to something I've came to know as emotional eating.)
One of the odd results is that I've basically lead a pretty much sex free lifestyle for too long. My reasons echo those of Kristie Alley. Like her, I don't want "fat sex," and I'm a guy who has always had a great attitude towards intimacy. (Without saying too much. of the three most significant girlfriends in my life, two were exceptionally liberal, and I know I'm richer for the experience.)
I look forward to feeling happier with my body and so very much more.
Bottom Line:
I've decided to chart my weight loss progress over the next ninety (90) days on this page.
