Minors Softball: 

"Standard District 2 Softball Pitching Affidavit is required for all teams. Each manager shall be responsible for the pitching affidavit and they shall present the records to the official scorekeeper prior to the game, but no later than the first pitch of the third inning. At this time if the affidavit is not presented the league president for the offending team will be notified promptly following the game. All pitching records shall be kept in ink."
