PlaneTouched are half-breeds. Humans with traces of Otherworlder/Outsider genes somewhere in their lineage. These are most commonly Celestial (angel) or Fiend (demon). PlaneTouched beings have drastically varying abilities. That is if they exhibit any at all. Some people can go through life with no idea that they have Outsider blood in them. Where as others have vary visible signs of their ancestry. Wings, horns, claws, scales are all things that might be forced upon some unfortunate soul. Some believe that the closer the half-breed is too their outsider ancestor the more powerful they are. As the blood is stronger in them, but this is not always the case. Its is almost imposable too predict the potential abilities of these half-breeds until they display them. Most of the time their supernatural powers will emerge during puberty (this is unless they are clearly marked with non human physiology) and tend too lead too the common trend of Planetouched beings being very withdrawn and solitary people, as they know they are very different from humanity.
