What my competition is doing right:
They have images of clients enjoying themselves. They also have words like "soothe" to influence the user to choose them.
What my competition is doing wrong:
Most of the ones I saw didn't have a review page. I think that would help give the site better credibility to show different reviews on the site.
How can I do it better?
I would make the site seem very relaxing and put helpful information in the site. I would also include a section for Tracy to blog her own thoughts, as well as a section for reviews that her clients have written about her service.
