Our Residential Clients

 For our Residential Clients we can do an over the phone or email estimate. We general do our quotes based on the number of solar panels that are needed to be cleaned. After our clients have accepted their quote, set a date for the cleaning, and want a cleaning done; we will charge our clients up front for the full cost for the cleaning. Keep in mind for our residential clients we keep safety one of our highest priorities and if the is any need to cancel a cleaning there will be a detailed reason why and a full refund minus a $50 company cost fee. Such safety hazard could be, but not limited to roof condition, solar system condition, and locational hazard (loose dog(s), roof inaccessibility, etc.)

When Should You Clean Your Panels?

 Just like with our commercial clients the importance of keeping solar panels clean means that you get more power! On average clients should have their solar panels professionally cleaned at most every 3 months. But due to the desert climate of southern Utah clients experience a higher need to clean more regularly.

 One great way to know when you need to have your solar panels cleaned is to have them clean as often as your car windshield. For example, if you don’t take your car off-roading and store it outside, if you step outside and see that your car windshield could use a wash the same can be said for you solar panels.

 Having dirty solar panels can greatly diminish your solar panels energy output. A dirty solar panel can lose up to 10-20w of power output. That’s a possible loss of hundreds of watts for our residential clients. This means less savings.

Will Rain Clean Solar Panels?

 Rain, especially in southern Utah contains a lot of dust and pollen. When that rain dries the dust and pollen gets transferred to your panels. Remember if your car’s windshield is dirty from the environment your panels are getting dirty too. solar panels should be cleaned as often as your car.

What We Offer

 We offer professional cleaning for solar panel systems. One-on-one over the phone and email estimates for our residential clients and onsite estimates for our commercial clients. All estimates are free.

What's Required From Our Clients?

• We will need a source of water to hook up our equipment to.
• Our Employees will also need you to be on locations from beginning to end of the work, which could be a 3-to-4-hour job
• The ability to turn off the solar system or, in other words, the ability to disconnect the battery or any loads from the solar panels.
• Understanding that we do hold the right to deny any service do to roof condition and other safety factors. A full refund will be performed in that situation.
