Arsene is the first persona you meet in the game. He is the persona that is awakened by the protagonist in the intial face-off with Kamoshida's shadow. Arsene is not a very powerful persona, and is usually used to form a stronger persona early on. Arsene is also the most basic persona of the Fool arcana, which is fitting because the fool confidant is the first one that you will unlock.
Skillset
Arsene is a curse type persona and therefore resists curse attacks. However, he is weak to Ice and Bless attacks.
Being the first persona you acquire in the game, he has a very limited moveset.
