Yes! We work with all insurance companies to make these hard times easier on you. We take great care in building trusted partnerships with insurance companies and thoroughly understand their processes.
Can I stop by without an appointment?
We can help walk ins with quotes, although making an appointment is always best. Although it is not required, scheduling an appointment will ensure someone is there and can give you the time and attention you deserve. It will also give you an idea of the process and pricing as well.
Do I have to leave my car here while I wait?
Depending on whats needing fixed or painted, you don't always have to leave your car. If a piece needs replaced we can order a new one and paint it individually and put it on once it's done. If you need a dent pulled or multiple panels on your car fixed, it is usually best to leave the vehicle with us.
How long will repairs take?
Every situation is different. It depends on what needs done and how backed up we are. You can usually expect your car back within a 48 to 72 hours though. Sometimes you can even pick it back up the same day. Like aforementioned, it really just depends on what you get done.
Do you do complete paint jobs?
Yes! We do paint complete vehicles. Due to the amount of work required, it will take a little longer than a normal repair but we will still get the car back to you in a timely manner!
What Happens if additional damage is found after the estimate?
Unfortunately, the first observation and estimate doesn't always find the deep down damages and problems. In this case, we will work with you and or your insurance company to go over what the best plan in for you!
If my vehicles frame is damaged, is it a total loss?
NO! Unlike before, frame damage does not equate a total loss of your vehicle. Modern Equipment and the expertise of our body technicians allow us to fix these damages and give you your car back looking brand new.
Can Black Ridge collision match my paint color exactly?
Of course! We have a mixing bank with over 150 different toners. That's not including any metallics or flaking. We find the paint code on your car, search it up in our system, and mix the toners to a perfect match of your color.
