When we started out that morning, the temperture was in the 80's. As we got higher and higher it got colder and colder. Now you understand that I was not really all that cold.... but I was conserned about Barbar's comfort you know. Well I asked her from time to time as we continued to climb in altitude if she wanted to stop and put on more clothes. She declined each time, but being the sensitive person that I am, I just went ahead and stoped where we are here in this picture and insisted that she dress more warmly. And to make her feel better I doned my sweats and jacket.............                 Whew man........what a guy huh. 

Just in case you can't read the sign, we are at 5390 ft. here and it is about 35 degrees. Oh man what a difference from two hours earlier. It was wonderfully cold, kinda like getting out of a hot tub in the winter time.  It was really invigorating.
