US Shipments:

All inland shipping (within the USA) will be using UPS unless stated otherwise. We provide three UPS shipping alternatives: UPS Ground Service, UPS Second Day Service and UPS Over Night Service. All the UPS Ground orders will be processed on the next day. Please choose one of the options above when you place an order through our shopping cart process.

For cients who are located outside the United States

We use USPS Globe piority mail at a fix shopping charge of $14/package. It takes approximate 4 days to 1 week in delivery time. (If you would like to order mutiple packages, please submit your online order mutiple times.)

General shipping terms for wholesalers and distributors in the US:

We will ship the product directly from our factory in Taiwan instead of our warehouse in New York. Depending on your quantity, we will arrange the best delivery method for you. By air freight, please allow approximately 10 days to 2 weeks delivery. Shipping is usually 25~30 days. When the goods arrive in the US, we will forward the product to you by UPS-Ground Service. You pay only the inland delivery fee which is the UPS- Ground Service.
