Sid was my first Silky Terrier.
During his show career, Sid obtained a total of 164 Group placements including 55 Group 1^st,
a Specialty win and many Toy Specialty wins. He was #6 Toy in Canada in 1991 and #3 Toy in Canada in 1992. He won a Regional Maple Leaf Silky Clubs’ Specialty as a veteran and is pictured above, at 8 years old. Sid is the sire of one of my foundation bitches 'Suzie'.
Sid left us, early in 2002, at the ripe old age of 14 and will be waiting at the Rainbow Bridge.

Bunny was bought as a companion for Sid and was eventually bred to him
to start my breeding program. Bunny did not like showing but she did produce some beautiful
pups in her 4 litters. She is a great watchdog and loves playing with her grandson 'Dawson'.
She is the dam of the the first Canadian Bred Silky to go Best In Show -
B.I.S. Am. Can. Ch. Cygnus My Captive Heart - 'Kramer'.
Bunny is pictured at 9 ½ years old.

I needed to introduce a new line to my breeding program, so I leased Gage from Shauna Jones and Donna Renton. He came to us at 3 years old, with his great temperament, showmanship and with limited showinghe became#2 Silky in 1995 losing #1 spot by a small margin.
The following year he was #2 by 43 points, obtaining a total of 69 Group placements
including 11 Group 1^st.
Gage was bred to Bunny and produced the first Canadian Bred Silky to go Best In Show -
B.I.S. Am. Can. Ch. Cygnus My Captive Heart -'Kramer'.
