My philosophy in approaching the business of a proxy service is that the
customer should be as informed as I am concerning their order. After all,
I am simply a proxy, an intermediary through which any pertinent
information must be relayed to the concerned parties in a quick and
efficient manner. The ideal transaction is one in which the customer is
updated at every step in the order process and feels as if they are
dealing directly with the seller themself. This is the standard by which
I approach every transaction.
