Decals are warranted from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days.

Defective or Incorrect: All Decals and custom lettering are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped out. However, should the Decal be defective or incorrectly cut, it will be replaced. If this should occur, send and e-mail to:

This e-mail should include your Name, Address, and e-mail Address if different from the "Reply" address. It must contain a detailed description of the problem, as well as the name of the Decal itself, and when it was purchased. (This will help with our records)

Damage in Shipment: We use the United States Post Office for all of our products unless the customer specifies otherwise. Unfortunately, some items get damaged in shipping. If your package arrives mangled or otherwise destroyed, please return it to us as soon as possible, and we will replace the item(s).If this should occur, send and e-mail to:

Returns: Please inspect the Decals before application. Stock Decals may be returnable for refund (less shipping) if unused. Please contact: via e-mail before returning Decals. Custom Decals, and custom lettering are not returnable.

Installation: The application of this vinyl Decal requires a degree of dexterity, and concentration. If you feel you cannot apply this Decal yourself, any auto detailer, or body shop can apply it for you. DecalMaster.Com cannot be responsible for replacing Decals that have been damaged during application.

Limitation of Remedies and Liability:

If our product is proved to be defective, THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, AT DECALMASTER.COM'S OPTION, SHALL BE TO REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE OF, OR REPLACE THE DECALMASTER.COM PRODUCT. DecalMaster.com shall not otherwise be liable for loss or damages whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted including negligence, warranty or strict liability. In other words, DecalMaster.com cannot be held responsible for any damage done to any surface of any vehicle or other item caused by, or as a result of installation or removal of any Decal or custom lettering. This includes, but is not limited to, paint peeling or fading, scratches, abrasions, or discoloration. Decals are installed at the customer's own risk. DecalMaster.com also cannot be responsible for damage caused by others as a result of the display of any Decal or custom lettering.
