BEGINNER COMBOS
Ok I'm not a Juggernaut master so all of these combos were take from James Chen's(JC's) X-Men vs. Street Fighter page. I know this is my site, but the best character that suits me is Wolverine and Charlie because they're the coolest in my opinion.
1)C.Forward XX Strong Juggernaut Punch or Strong Earthquake Punch
You may even cancel the last move into the Juggernaut Headcrush super, but time it well or else you'll mess up the entire combo!
2)Fierce Throw, Juggernaut Headcrush
The Headcrush activation is very picky. It depends on how far away you are from the corner as well as how heavy the enemy is.
Characters like Cammy, you have to wait for what seems like a
lifetime before you actually do the Headcrush. Characters like
Zangief, you have to do it right away. Also, if you're right next
to the corner, you generally have to wait a bit before you do the
Headcrush whereas if you are in the middle of the playing field, you have to do it earlier.

4)J.Fierce \/ S.Fierce XX Juggernaut Headcrush
INTERMEDIATE COMBOS
5)J.Fierce \/ C.Fierce /\ SJ.Jab, SJ.Short, SJ.Strong, SJ.Fierce
This combo works best against the light weight characters because they're very big and the SJ.Forward tends to push your opponent up a little, so don't use it against these guys unless you're trying it on Zangief.
6)Have enemy near corner:C.Fierce /\ SJ.Jab, SJ.Short XX Short Body Splash
7)Fierce Throw enemy into the corner: C.Fierce /\ SJ.Jab, SJ.Short, SJ.Fierce (FS)
8)Have enemy in the corner: J.Fierce \/ Jab-Earthquake, S.Strong XX Juggernaut Headcrush
5)Have enemy in the corner and get right next to them: S.Fierce XX Jab Earthquake, T.Fierce /\ SJ.Jab, SJ.Short, SJ.Fierce (FS)SJ.Roundhouse (FS) \/ S.Forward (OTG)
You have to stagger the timing of the Air Combo so that you hit the enemy with the SJ.Fierce as late in your jump as possible, so that the enemy is clearly above you and will fall right INTO your SJ.Roundhouse. This combo will NOT work on the light characters, as the T.Fierce will Launch them WAAAAY too high for any Air Combo to connect.

9) Get enemy in the corner:J.Fierce \/ Jab Earthquake, D.S.Strong XX Jab Earthquake, S.Jab XX Juggernaut Headcrush
10)In the corner:J.Fierce \/ C.Fierce /\ SJ.Jab, SJ.Short, SJ.Strong, SJ.Forward, SJ.Fierce, SJ.Roundhouse, c.Short(OTG)
This combo is a little tough to connect with even though you try it on Zangief. However, is it not all that hard either because you sometimes get a little lucky and end up starting the air combo at the right height to make all six hits connect in the air as well as making the C.Short OTG to connect.
11)In the corner:J.Fierce \/ C.Forward XX Strong Earthquake Punch XX Juggernaut Headcrush x3
You must be very quick when cancelling the C.Forward to strong Earthquake Punch because you want to be able to have the EX Cancel work after that. Also, cancel each Juggernaut Headcrush into itself after 3 hits, but you'll get an extra hit with the last one no matter what!
12)In the corner against Zangief:Fierce Throw into corner, C.Forward(OTG) XX Strong Earthquake Punch/Juggernaut Punch XX Juggernaut Headcrushx3
This combo is very hard to pull off! After throwing Zangief into the corner, otg him with a C.Forward into a strong Earthquake punch to keep him in the air and cancel into the Juggernaut Headcrush. Now here's the tricky part, you can only let the first 2 supers hit only twice and the last one can hit with everything it's got!Oh and by the way, you can either do the Earthquake Punch or Juggernaut Punch after the otg before you cancel into the Juggernaut Headcrush 3 times!
Note:You need Gambit in your team for this combo!
You can do 2 jab Earthquake punches and then dash in to hit with a S.Fierce into a team super!You may also just do 3 Juggernaut Headcrushes if you like, but it will require 3 levels (a full meter).
