It all started on a camp out with my boy scout troop, one of my best friends, (TEKNologyFilms). We got in to movie making some how, at he told me about all his movie stuff and how he manipulated Legos into movies. I had a small sence of what stopmotion was. I had tried it befor but i was not the best. so as we talked I got more and more inthused and I said I wanted to go out and buy the lego studios set. that is when he told me to go to Brickfilms and talk with them on what i should and shouldn't get. so after many posts i found my shelf behind a Sony digital Mavica still camera sitting on a tripod. I worked on test after test and got it to my very first stop motion video. I was so proud despite the fact it was shot at 7 FPS. then after I got down walking and running and basic movments I decided I needed a studio because cwr89 was getting old. It started out as Lightsaber Productions, then went to CWRProductions. after I had a studio i needed a web site so I look at other websites and they blew my mind so I spent hours making one. It had a distinct layout but it was bad. So I worked to the point where you could get around the site. then I wanted to add a flair to my movies and i got axigon composer and learned how to draw lightsabers and added a new demension to my starwars films. after that I started adding music and then diolog along with sound effects. But something was still missing special effects so it was on to the program AlamDv It has everything and it is rather in expencive for an editing program! from there I had it all and i still do so i sit here making the site redsign and i wonder if anyone will even read this. oh well i had a fun trip through memory lane! |

My Name is Casey Ryan. I am 14 years old and currently broke so this means I am not buying a new camera anytime soon. In my free time I like messing around with computers and playing Jedi Knight 2 with my clan (www.lightsabersithelite.com). during the school year i am pretty busy so my time is limited to my swim team and school work and filming. but in the summer I sit around and play computer games or go out and play with my friends. But i still read the forums every day and film regularly! and that is my life |
