Scope of Work - Area 11 Duri Steamflood Field Development Project

· Management Services, Detailed Engineering, Procurement of goods & services, Construction, Start-up & Commissioning (EPC) services for the Area-11 surface facilities, including infield piping system for oil, steam and water as well as test station and degassing systems. This facility is designed for handling of oil 414,000 BFPD (79,000 BOPD).

· The major components of the permanent surface facilities include, as follows: North Quadrant Facilities, Central Quadrant Facilities, South Quadrant Facilities, Production  Gathering  Corridors  and  Lines   inside   CGS-N,   Four   Production Corridors and Lines inside CGS-N, Kill Water Corridors and Lines inside  CGS-N, Main  Steam  Corridors   and  Lines  inside   Split-tigator  Manifold,   Waste  Gas  Corridor and Lines to Steam Station (The Waste Gas Line shall be installed in an existing corridor), Waste gas Scrubber and Scrubber  Pumps at  Steam  Station 4,  Waste Gas  Line  Spherical  Pig Launcher and  Receiver,  Power Line  Tie-in at East Side of North Duri Substation, Client Construction and Operations Office at CGS-N, Helipad  (including refueling facility, wind sock and safety equipment) next to Client Construction and Operations Office.
