Scope of Work - Engineering Services Project for Danagas (UAE)

· The  ZORA  project  consists  of  the  ZORA  field  which  contains  gas  and condensate and is located in the West Sharjah Concession in approximately 24 meters of  water  depth,  where a new  unmanned  Offshore Platform  will  be located approximately 33 km from the Sharjah Hamriyah Free Zone coast line.

This will be connected by new Subsea / Onshore Pipelines to a new Onshore Gas Processing Plant within the Sharjah Hamriyah Free Zone.

In addition, a water disposal line will route Waste water approx 4 km offshore and a sales gas pipeline will deliver processed gas from the Plant to the nearby SEWA facility (the customer).

· Detail Design for New Offshore Platform, with the following major equipments: Wellheads and Manifolds, Multi Phase Flow Meter, Control and Monitoring     System, Chemical Injection System (Corrosion Inhibitor, Methanol, & Future Scale Inhibitor), Water Treatment Facility, Vent and Drain Systems, Intelligent Pig Launching Facilities, Power Generation (Diesel Engine Generator), Platform Crane, Vent and Drain System.

· Engineering Design for New Pipelines and New Onshore Gas Processing Plant Facilities with the following major equipments: Feed Gas Separator, Slug  Catcher, Glycol Regeneration Package, Instrument Air System, Amine Gas Sweetening Package, Intelligent Pig Receiving Facilities, FEED Gas Compressor, Produced Water Treatment, Flare System, Condensate Tank, Diesel Storage Tank, Storage Tank for Utility, Fire, & Potable Water, Fire Water System (Jockey Pump, Fire Water with Electric & Diesel Engine Driven), Vent and Drain Systems, HVAC System, etc.
