Covenant of Unitarian Universalist Pagans
What Is Paganism?

What exactly is paganism or neopaganism? We understand the term to be a broad umbrella for a wide variety of earth-centered spiritual beliefs and traditions.  Among the individuals who call themselves pagan you will find adherents to shamanism, druidism, wicca, santeria, vodoun, kemetic, goddess, and other paths.

Most pagan traditions draw in some way from pre-Christian religious sources, or non-Christian folk practices.

Many modern Pagans find their beliefs are very much in harmony with
Unitarian Universalist Principles, especially the UU affirmation of reverence for "the interdependent web of which we are a part."
