| RC CARES ABOUT YOU! Reality Check�s goal is to offer affordable and quality digital movie editing. Do not spend more money on a final result than you have to! You can save hundreds of dollars by taking your videotaped footage to RC for editing. I want to pass the savings of having little to no overhead costs to you! Why pay for another company's employees, equipment, and their office rent or mortgage? Obtain the advantages of a small business working from a comfortable home office. Your concerns will become my concerns. I will listen and provide insight on how to accomplish your program in the most practical and cost effective manner. EDITING FEES: Prices for editing are usually based on an hourly labor fee. Many of the big video companies charge $100 an hour or more for basic editing! Sometimes it can take days to complete a project. Reality Check: Can you afford that? Reality Check�s prices are very flexible to your project, whether it lasts hours or days. Our hourly charge is only $35 an hour. We also have a half-day and a full-day rate in which you save an extra $15 every four hours. It�s a small bonus on top of extremely low pricing! CHART FOR EDITING FEES: Hours Worked: Rate: Reality Check Charges (tax additional): 1 Hourly $35.00 2 Hourly $70.00 3 Hourly $105.00 4 Half-Day $125.00 5 Half-Day + 1 Hour $160.00 6 Half-Day + 2 Hours $195.00 7 Half-Day + 3 Hours $230.00 8 Full Day $250.00 8 + Full Day + Each Additional Hour $250.00 + 35.00 each additional hour WHAT THESE PRICES INCLUDE: Our basic editing fees include almost everything! - Editing of one or multiple cameras to your specifications! - Any inclusion of Photos or stills from any type of medium. - Any music of your choice or let RC decide. - Any Sound Effects - Any titles or special effects work - Edited master on Mini-DV* digital tape and/or on a DVD* disc for future transfer to another format, duplication or for safekeeping. * Mini-DV: Generally, Mini-DV�s use less compression than DVD's, and are the most economical digital tape format. * DVD: One free basic DVD copy of edited master. If a DVD with menus is created, a data disc will also be included for future duplication. These professional discs will be subject to the editing rate. EXTRA CHARGES: A digital master DV-mini tape and/or DVD is complimentary, but sometimes you may need additional copies: - For an extra DVD copy, please add $10 - For an extra VHS copy, please add $5 You may also need a different videotape format that Reality Check may not have the equipment necessary to provide. In this case you can either take your DV-mini tape to another company to transfer or we can perform this same task for you for a fee of our actual cost plus 25% |
