Brief Info:
William is Hei's brother, Kit (Kiet) who likes Jessica when he first met her. But at that time, she is already with Hei. So when she breaks up with Hei, she then goes out with William, but they also break up near the end when Jessica realizes she only loves Hei. Kind of complicated. Here is something about William's character: he is a cop, he lives with his mom (Hei lives with the father).
Interesting!
The way he and Hei always try to be the best. This is mostly cost by their dad. It's like he wants to prove to the mother that Hei is better because he is raising Hei himself. This lead to Hei's reaction at the end when he could not stand all the pushes from his family.
Acting:
He can act, well enough that he can convince at parts. Not as impressive or outstanding as Hei, but good enough.
More of William:
He played a big time villian in Face to Face but I didnot watch that serie, so no comment. But from watching HSDS 2000, I can see that he is more convincing in evil roles. I so hated him in HSDS 2000.
