CMI Training from Pacific Custodial Consulting

There is so much to learn about being a custodian or housekeeper. Darlene has taught the CMI (Cleaning Management Institution) Custodial Maintenance Course to many State and Federal businesses. She has been involved in teaching the CMI course since 2000. In 2002 she was selected out of a group of 40,000 as Member of the Year.

She emphasizes the use of chemicals, how to use MSDS sheets, and the proper mixing of chemicals. Her course also teaches the proper way to refinish different types of floors, and the sanitation of rest rooms. Carpet cleaning and spot removers are also covered.

Pacific Custodial Consulting is certified in all three levels of training that CMI offers. The student will take a final exam, and a passing grade will be issued a certificate from CMI good anywhere in the US and Canada
