Curves Workout Circuit

Our exciting Curves Workout Circuit is designed for women of ALL ages and abilities.
A complete workout includes 5 components:

Warm-up
Aerobic Exercise
Strength Training
Cool Down
Stretching

Warming up and cooling down allows your body to safely adjust to the stress of exercise

Aerobic exercise allows you to burn body fat and improve your heart, lungs, and vascular system

If you are strength training, you will protect and increase lean tissue, which raises metabolism

Reduces the post-exercise tendency for muscle spasm or cramping

Stretching enhances the quality of movement and the integrity of joints
