First Hello awardees
MOM'S WITH NEW BABIES BORN ON DEPLOYMENT

If you are going to have a Curts Sailors child while he is on this deployment, it is very important that you contact the Ombudsman right away.  You need to give her all of your contact information as well as the sailor's full name.  When you go into labor or give birth, you need to contact the Ombudsman.  She will make sure that an Amcross Message goes out to the sailor and you will automatically be placed on the Homecoming VIP list.

The Mother and the newborn baby will be allowed in the VIP group.

If the Ombudsman is unaware of the new baby being born during deployment, Mother and baby will NOT be placed on the VIP list.

New Mothers/babies that qualify must have had their baby between the following time period:  7 days before deployment to the day of Homecoming.  (The Sailor must have been stationed on the USS Curts during the birth)

If you have any questions regarding these guidelines, please contact the Ombudsman.
