2001 CSD Champs
The Noise Boys
The Noise Boys first got together in July of 2001. They first competed that fall...winning the Central States District Quartet Championship in convincing fashion.

The quartet has been busy ever since, with show bookings in Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, and Michigan. Also, The Noise Boys have twice qualified to represent the Central States District in International Competition, placing
23rd at Montreal in 2003 and also in
International Competition, placing
22nd at Denver in 2007.
Bemo Myers is the High NoiseMaker. He lives in St. Joseph, Missouri, with his wife, Carol, and sons B.J. and Joe. He enjoys an interesting career working with the criminally insane. We met professionally.

Curt Angel is the Lead NoiseMaker. He lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and he and his wife Tammy have five sons and one daughter. He has made a lot of Noise over the years, finishing as high as sixth place Internationally with his previous quartet, The Tulsa Tradition.

Jeff Veteto is the Low NoiseMaker. He lives in Springfield, Missouri, with his wife, Beth, and sons Adam and Austin. Jeff has trouble saying no, so he has competed with ten different quartets over the years.

Brian Plunkett is the Other NoiseMaker. He lives in Halfway, Missouri, with his wife, Mary, and sons Joseph and Loren. With a quartet as spread out as The Noise Boys, it is convenient to have someone who lives at Halfway!
