LEASE AGREEMENT
Possibility of changing.
Hello, Parents and Students
I want to welcome you to a new season of new management at Curiosity Stables
in 2004! I want to provide a fun and exciting learning environment for
our students.
Your lease agreement for the
season of 2004 will offer:
- The activities that I want
to incorporate into the program are: actively showing the DVHA shows,
riding off the property at local parks, and participation in local equine
activities. Please if you have any ideas or want to do anything in particular,
please notify me and I will do my best to accommodate your requests.
- You are welcome to use
our facility that includes: indoor arena, outdoor arena, and trail rides
on the 60 acres as long as there are two of you.
- Lessons are no longer part
of the lease. If you would like a lesson you may have a weekly lesson
for the normal prices. If you would like to go to horse parks and other
local equine activities there will be a trailering fee for shipping
the horse and other fees if applicable for example entry fees.
- The times that riding will
be available for you to ride are Monday through Friday at times that
will be discussed. I will try to accommodate everyone and their schedules
the best that I can.
- Curiosity Stables are responsible
for the farrier, dewormer, and all bet bills, although if the horse
needs any special treatment as far as medicines or care. they will be
expected to care for the horse.
