Metro Toronto Police Force,

Following is an itemized list of people and agencies I have contacted showing the reference number of the correspondence to them. I have requested a response be sent from all these agencies on letterhead and that a confidential document showing the dates of importance be included. With this information in hand I will complete more detailed accounts of the illegal activities I witnessed and the crimes against myself with complete descriptions of the perpetrators. I wish to charge multiple specific employees and/or offenders with lists of offences, including federal, that refused after repeated warnings to curtail their illegal activity and even flaunted their crimes in the open stating they could and would continue to commit the offences and that there was nothing I could do. The courts need to see the scope and city wide impact of these crimes.

These people are a great danger to those who need the services that are supposed to be offered from those positions, and to the Greater Toronto comunity. Their offences keep outside and internal crime from being reported and help it to spread, seriously harming the city. They sit at an important point of reception and failure of that position is a serious danger. Crime commit from that position is an even greater threat. Problems that need to be corrected and people who need help become worse. Innocents that can help are crippled from reporting and/or aiding the situation.

Many staff also deny these occurrences are crimes though some are blatantly abusive and federal offences.

These people are very abrasive at times and shout orders they are in no position of authority to give in that way or often at all and do not consider the rights of others to be important for they cross legal boundaries often. They are abusive and xxxxxxxx later attempting to make the crimes disappear, downplaying them or denying their occurrence if possible, The staff try to cover their actions and lie about them, however, at times they appear comfortable openly breaking the law and saying that the are allowed while testing their criminal power and control. These tactics are employed by staff at other shelters as well. These offences pose a threat and great danger to residents who have been hurt or cannot stand up for their rights especialy, while taking their toll on the others. Abuse such as this from people in positions of supposed authority are a very serious crime and can be highly damaging to youth or children in need for a great period after the offence and have repricusions throughout their lives and the communities.

xxxxxxxx NOTE: This was a dangerous place and the activity at night very questionable. I cannot understand the allowance of such activity. It was scary that those people ended up in the same place night after night. The activity in the late hours included drugging and there is no doubt there was no permission granted for this. The police did not arrive. Nearly anything could have occurred in that environment.
