Regarding the Administration of Horizons Center for Youth:
The staff lied and stated that we did not have discussions about the legal stipulationsregarding providing dietary needs or about exactly how dangerously malnourished I was. Others were too. This occured on three separate occasions and then they said that it did not occur at all. They harshly yelled or screamed "What do you think you're doing!" "Hey! "No!" "You can't get in now or you'll lose your passes." and "Give me that!!" and they would almost never show any sign of relent only swear that they could lie cheat abuse and dominate and there was nothing we could do, even with many witnesses. They would not believe that they could not violate us repeatedly without consequence.
The staff:
- -are abusive
- -easily start yelling
- -are abrupt
- -they shout orders
- rudely
- viciously
- and with no request
- -difficult
- -shout with raised voices and say they are not
- -lies
- -try to make less of events and occurences by saying that
they occured other than how they did, portraying a more vicious occurance as less severe.
- -they subvert
When told not to misbehave and informed of the law, the staff violate further attempting to say that they are in the right and incapable of performing their required duties without becoming abusive they attempt to intimidate people into silence and submission often succeding and causing sever harm to their victims psyche.
When agitated, not by residents and having no right to be, they mistreat them to the point of chargeable offences that they either claim they have the right to comit, had to comit, or didn't comit and continualy push the ticket and violate the ground where residents are supposed to be secure. They then say things like "It will continue if you start again!" when nothing the resident has been doing is wrong.
When a person is in such a hidden position of authority, abuses of power like this are too easily dismissed. In this way these crimes grow causing horific permanent scarring and cripple the residents to the point that this extends into their lives in many ways. Countless situations can be altered or influenced by these cripling assaults against youth. Much higher crime spread as a result. With the youth in a comunity crippled from asking for help or calling the police no matter what the event, Police Services arecrippled without information that they need to perform their duty in the comunity. An important area such as this is never to be cast asside. with not informative tips there is no assimilation of important information, not only these innocent youth are stepped apon but the comunity is at a higher risk for crime as a whole without their intended and attempted support.
There is no recovery of these lost years posible. There is no way to return those to us who are now gone. See what is connected to these discusting offences. These children, after forced work as punishment for the truth, forced by the hand of abuse, their ears sore and tired of the pain, how can they defend themselves against people three times their size, with nowhere to go but out in the cold. They have no choice but to submit and pass their self away to be forgotten and accept thet there is nothing ahead but more abuse, growing sicker of the pain all the time. Some of them are gone.
There are set laws regarding personal space and freedom. Simple misplaced gestures are serious offences that must be seen and recognized. These crimes go far beyond that and there is no person that could posibly misconstrue them as permisible accidents. These are repetitive violations with visible records existing of them. You cannot continue this fiasco. I caanread to record pror reported incideces that still occur and there is no permissble excuse.
People are all entitled to their personal space and freedom and no one can ever squish them out the way you do and get away with it in Canada. A forsed, pressed, and squished submission is not a defence of your crimes but a crime in itself and on record. Young peoples space is to be treated in a specific way especialy as fragile developemental periods are of great importance. There are Laws regarding aproach and how people are must address youth. Space, approach, and volume, level, or tone of speech are measurable qualities and are not permitted to stray out of boundry. These are important factors in ones entitled environment and are to always be respected.
If anyones space is ever violated, they are approached improperly, or they have a voice raised to them, crossing set legal boundaries and obviously a crime this must be stopped and the offenders must pay their debt to society whilwethe victims are compensated to allow them chance of recovering some of what they have lost. Many people refuse to aknowledge this, denying in particular that they are in authoritative positions or that offences against others by people in those areas are classified as separate and higher offences due to the higher level of damage inflicted. These denials again are separate and serious offences themselves because the victims suffer further as a result and these sufferings can be extensive, scarring and crippling. This is can be an especialy traumatizing experience for young people. The victims often internalize the suffering and the effects touch every aspect of their life. These awful effects stretch outward and people often develope a victim syndrome that is not an illness but an affliction where they can no longer defend themselves against these cruel attacks and violations. Crime not reported in the neighborhood grows, as does the suffering. These needless and preventable violations and afflictions run rampant because you will not do what you are supposed to. The whole comunity is impacted by your false and half truths. They are the cause of this wide spread suffering.
If this pattern of: - violation of space
- verbal abuse,
- abuse of authority,
- and misrepresentation of events
continues, We know that every instance of this surely adversely affects the victim and and also many other easily measurable areas of the comunity and society as a whole. This can produce a multitude of suffering and false information, causing major undue stress, upset, ultimately interfering physicaly and negatively with many important issues amd people in the comunity. People touched by this can see that people often do not fathom the extent and cost of these crimes. With the continualy visible populus of victims, such hampering of the justice system is inexcusable, especialy with the commited and outstanding, though, overbudened, developing young people of our society, taking care of the hard and forced labour of cleaning these improperly soiled instances. Maters of such great importance should never be permitted to become so subverted or allowed to be repeatedly handled by failing hands. These awful occurances shall be made public most definately, in department and occurance. There shall be statistics releaesed of these occurances and this shall be out of sight no further.
Each instance of the above mentioned crimes can be measured as a separate count and there are many separate and specific charges ranging in severity. Each of these four above areas have their own broad dichotomy of offences as do other areas, and areas 3 and 4 are often the most seriously punishable, and by full incarceration. The most serious offences with the most dire and strict sentences are often those in areas where there is severe negative impact and trauma caused by rampant violations of authority figures.
Abuse of authority or the misrepresentation of events, the shifting of any pressure or blame to another or forcing them to ever have to recover an instance or event of abuse or to have to defend themselves against false accusations or to suffer or withdraw, having had their rights violated for lack of proper control over their space that they should always be in full comand of, is a very serious crime and is punishable by lengthly imprisonment. Every day that a victim suffers from the initial violation and any further suffering spiraling from the event or presentation of falsity, to another or the discussion of such in front of others or even behind closed doors causes serious and lasting trauma if not seen to properly and emediately to lessen the damage. Emotional scarring, withdrawl, and depression caused by these crimes are among the pains that are easily and fully attributable to these offences.
Mistreatment is certainly not warranted ever and even if the lies spoken of these people were true, these offences are still serious crimes. It is criminal to treat a person offensively and there are protocals and procedures that must be followed when speaking to young people who have been violated. These offences against youth are citable as a contributing factors or causes of trauma and conditions of depresion. Victim syndrome can develope from these crimes that are often more phschologicaly damaging than those of physical violence and are punishable as such.
Years may be lost to violent abuse, subversion and violation. These crimes against Human Rights and of falsification of truth or fruad. In many instances these direct falsifications are held to even in the face of an innocent who can no longer continue to face the day, the day which haas become only abuse and total loss of safety. Those of a more serious nature cause a person, abused in such a way, to feel powerless. They sometimes cannot continue. This is a literal theft of freedom. There exists also forced confinement after these crimes and forced public and private submision to the offenders. There may be no chioce physicaly and regularely there is no choice visible to the youth who has already trie normal avenues. This chance at violation and abuse of powere is so often taken it is deeply disturbing that a staff team could ever be assembled that could allow such things to occur. How can it happen every day with no consequence? These young people are being told that nothing even happened or that yu are satisfied that there is no problem. I cannot see this situation being more severe with criticly traumatized youth fleeing into the cold street lat at nightwith no where to go and nothing sustain them if the cold or something worse does not get them. This to flee abuse and the threat of incarceration at the hand of lies and false witness if they tell anyone what occured. Their freedom is not to be trifled with in any instance and certainly not in life or death situations. There are other terible occurances that can be their fate or have.
Any person in a position trust or authority, weilding, under false pre-tence, any type of pre-supposed false and illegal power, over a minor has commit an even more severe criminal offence because their possition of trust as a role model or authority figure is so govorned. The rights of a child, youth, or minor are clear in this instance and it is also clear that there has been a violation of trust. These ethical concerns bring further legal dichotomies relating to the violation of youth by positions of trust and high trust orauthority, catagories regarding unlawful actions against young people including entitled compensation, retribution, and the severity of punishment necesary to insure rehabilitation of the offenders in a proper corectional facility or environment where they can properly, if through no other means, pay their debt to society.
These commen offences and offence areas must be expanded apon and comprehensibly defined and properly seperated for easy use and reference
- -violation of space
- -verbaly
- -physicaly
- -and phsychologicly
- -misrepresentation
- -of events
- -policy
- -and Law
- -fraud
- -abuse of authority
- -pretending a, or to a, position of authority
- -false iterations of law, personal rights, or freedom
- -abuse of Human Rights and Personal Freedoms
- -defemaion of character
- -Federal offences
- -acting as a false witness
- -falsification of documents
- -falsification of documents
- -interference in police maters
- -illegal extraction of information through violation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, that information:
- -being false
- -not credible
- -causing undue stress harm or suffering
- -causing false or private information to become public
- -defrauding
- minors in their care
- the Canadain public or
- Canadian Officials, of the truth, and said peoples rights and/or entitlements
:These can easily be put to an arbitrary scale of severty due to the position held by assailant, and it shall be so.
If a person pretends to a position they do not hold, pretends themselves of that position, or puts another person in a position of forced and illegal comprimise, the charges that can be laid become much more serious because the crime is now catagorised, and properly so, as a more severe violation of that person. This is the case in many of these instances where young lives have been and are being altered by illegal presures, violations and abuses under false pretence.
People often, and often have, changed, the story of an event or events. Yelling has been spoken of as talk, orders as requests, and crimes as procedure. Authoritative approach is govorned by specific sets, with principles, and strict govorning rules and regulations that must be observed, followed, seen and adhered to. If there are any technical steps or pieces of the rational, strict, and legal process are violated or not adhered to fully, especialy where the rights of a youth are concerned, damages resulting from these traumatic events are atributable to such an event with the event being the cause of later suffering or violation. These events can dangerously alter future life instances and occurances in serious and negative ways, as has been the case with Horizons for Youth.
Unless there is proper retribution and emediate compensation with clarifications of the law and said instances, these damages continue. Public compensation, retribution, clarification and full rectification of these instances where posible is necesary and called for. This crimes occuring from a supposed profetional level are a true discrace and complete failure of position. Any and every further transgresion increases the severity of these crimes against the Youth.
All information obtained through these illegal channels is nothing but proof of the crimes commit and irrelevant, false, or inadmisable. The illegal use and further and more severely illegal sharing of such information, are serious crimes. To obtain, use, or spread these illegaly obtained falsities will do no more than further incriminate any criminal asailent as such. Any further improper, illegal and criminal treatment, or suffering of any kind these victims incur as a result of these transgressions will be attributed to the source and any following or further wrongful act. All those obtaining, using, or who have used or obtained any such information falsly or knowing it to be false or illegaly obtained will be held acountable for there actions unless it is deemed by a court authority that they are medicaly unfit. Any further action based apon such information is crime, and the explaination of these facts to protect the offenders in these instances isnecesary. People are suffering now, as I am now, as a result of these crimes, and I here for mention note that it is not a crime to speak of violations agains yourself, remember though, the legalities of instigation, and that if there is improper instigation or transgression occuring as a pretence, the event is shaped by such, a catalist is not to be forgotten.
In one representation any information obtained above zero degrees, is illegal to abtain, use, or spread. Only the legal oprtion of the dichotomy is admisable for use. If any truth or freedom is lost to the upper, criminal part of the dichotomy, any later injustices are easily tracable to the source, and all later infractions are sourced, counted, and a reverse source is comenced.
This, though not entirely and fully accesible to the present global system, is and can be implemented efficiantly, and increasingly, entirely, within a closed system.
