To those concerned,

     I have resided in Toronto for the past year, predominately in the center downtown area, and have reported regularly, the illegal and substandard conditions witnessed and present in the Toronto Hostel System. My printable reports, verifiable by captured video surveillance of these occurrences throughout the year, are available at www.geocities.com/curefx/ink/zletters1.html . Please refer to my email address, either above or below, with any questions you may have, and be informed that there are hundreds of incidences I still have to catalogue, pages of work not yet published, and that I hope you can excuse the unfortunate disarray and condition of my web site, due to electronic faults and glitches.

     I am unhappy with the lack of action to halt this criminal activity, and failings of the Social Services Department, Toronto Community Police Services, Canadian Health Services, and the failing their internal complaints process each. There is video documentation of these occurrences.

     I am a physically disabled person, losing my ability to communicate electronically due to Substandard resources, and I endure severe physical pain, suffering, and permanent damages just attempting to document these instances, obtain basic needs such as food, shelter, transportation, and other basic and definite necessities.

     Who do I contact concerning the violation of my basic Human Rights, my physical disabilities (communication has now become a major difficulty, just editing this letter is crippling my hands and I certainly need to report these crimes further), and to speed the immediate halt of these violations commit by Social and Hostel, Police, and Health Services, that are the responsibility of Canadian officials to oversee and it is their duty as the position dictates, to respond formally. I have definite issues with Health Services, especially, that need to be met, but I am physically unable to travel the distances required, or perform the communications necessary, for public officials that are bound to handle these affairs city, while and due to these issues, or more explicitly incidents, being dodged. For the immediate safety of the Canadian Public, Toronto's Youth, younger children who have been violated or are in danger, something must be done immediately.

     As the captured video of these instances is witnessed in proper light, it will become clear the extent of these abuses, violations, and failings of the Social and Justice System, and of the widespread comitance of these awful, yet common, crimes against The Canadian Public. Please send help if you choose to aid me and most efficiently rectify these situations, and to prevent further crimes and failings in the areas above and before mentioned, and the Government Departments listed:
