The public system has literally crippled me this year physically criminally, and liably so. I have been working documentably 24/7 for the city of Toronto, The Canadian Public, and in fact our International Community, inexhaustibly, without relent, the entire year, diligently, and properly, filing, needed and necessary data, some official positions have failed to properly correct, report, file, acknowledge, or respond to. Teaching formal position duties to those holding them, the law to legal services and law enforcement, human rights to those robbed of them, and those who violate them, while concentrating my efforts towards halting fully the open theft of personal rights and freedoms, of especially children and youth, and all other people, I cannot see any allowable cause for these rampant crimes that are easily within our power to control, and this is not occurring. I have cataloged countless repetitive offences against youth in Toronto, and have never wavered from my initial goal to capture every instance on record and see every single instance read before the courts, even if only in numerical reference. I personally have been victimized in increasingly disturbing ways, and see others, most outstanding citizens of morality and social conscience, also being victimized in deplorable and disturbing ways, who are not even permitted their International Right to protection or to necessary facilities of reception. If these individuals posses the strength and perseverance to report these crimes, however deterred and abused by police and social services, they occur repeatedly, improperly investigated, and without proper or any repercussion with the offences happening in plain view. There are video records of these instances and vectoral analysis is elementary. The contexts surrounding these incidences remove the possibility of debate. I have never in my life seen such incompetence rampant in a system supposed to be governed by Canadian Law, left to continue this way for so long. Within the context available, criminal negligence is a definite presence in positions of authority that should never have been permitted to those positions of power. Never would I concider, if I worked even just one day in a hostel, I would never arrive at a site without proper copies of The Canadian Hostel Standard, The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and other necessary documents and information that could be required at any moment. I would certainly never begin a shift. There are city officials working without needed documents such as the Canadian Hostel Standards in their possession at all when they are required to possess both an office and a residents, reading copy, and to produce copies when necessary. Certainly they must at least know and fully understand the standards, work within them, and recognize violations when presented with them. They must obviously act accordingly. A proper dialogue must take place and files of the proper format must be generated. Almost none of the standards are being met and I am filled with disgust at the idiocy of those who have avoided the simplicity of implementing and administrating system that works. The necessities of life are obvious, and failure to provide these basic needs is unforgivable, without consequence. Public officials refuse to enforce basic lawand I cannot, and will not stand to witness this any further. I demand immediate action. I have survived with less than the legal minimum amount of social assistance required for proper survival, and have not been permitted the dysfunctionaly calculated personal needs entitlement due to system failure. Health care and police services are also in a disgusting state of failure. Hostels fail and Health Services must compensate expend countless millions needlessly, repairing unnecessary and entirely preventable damages of illness, injury, incident, or accident. Police services must spend, needlessly, so much more, because the community is so scarred at the most important and immediate points of reception, they are crippled from reporting desperately needed information. Police, and in front of police witness, have crippled citizens from reporting desperately needed incidents, and the Health care system fails to meet its most basic and necessary requirements and the most important and regular needs of the public, the administration, or them us. These violations of procedure and protocol cause irreparable damage and these damages continue to effect our society as a whole for many years afterward. The entire year can be accessed by accessing through proper channels the video records in existence that I have filed for and that are navigable through proper time code search. It is a crime for these crimes to continue any further. Ignorance of the imminent need for basic administrative skills and proper expression of the law is intolerable from any position of official stature because there is no way to avoid, when these positions are functioning correctly, these obvious failings of positions of authority, and crimes against society. These heinous outstanding crimes against admirable youth and community members have been reoccurring for years in the same places, and commit by the same incompetent people, within the view of more than adequate witness. It is despicably true, and disgusting to myself personally that there have been literal losses of life due to these preventable crimes that remain unaddressed and continue to occur though proper administrational skills and implementation of such skills is and has been within sight. These vicious and preventable crimes must end and it is plain that these offences have been in plain view and allowed to continue uncontrolled for years. I myself have personally witnessed these activities and the effects of these crimes for more than six years in Toronto, and they should be ended and processing commenced without question immediately. I am high in the top percentile academically, internationally, and have witnessed too many violations of, The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, in this city to bear to witness these offences any more. This should never have been permitted to occur, let alone continue, anywhere in the world, and is certainly a disgust to see so visibly prevalent free running in Canada.
