Please pardon the inefficacy of my arrows, particularly here. This is the Mirkwood bow, but it gives some good hints on how the Lorien quiver probably functions. The white dots show the Mirkwood bow and how it slides into place in the bow "sheath" that is affixed to the quiver. ( How the heck does Legolas get the bow out of that thing, or more difficult yet, back in? "Hey Gimli! Quick! Help me with this thing!" Hmm. Probably not. ) The bottom arrow points to where the strap is connected to the quiver, the bow sheath, adn the knife sheath. The top arrow points to someone who is *definately NOT* Legolas. Pity. |
