I know this is supposed to be a touching scene.. "We will not abandon Merry and Pippin to torment and death!".. but all I can think of is: Wow! Lookit that detail! I gotta get my sketchbook!"
Anyways.. lots of good stuff here. My little dots are to show where the bow sheath is. Arrows 2 & 3 show the ties where the quiver is connected to the bow sheath, arrow 1 shows the strap that helps connect the knives to the bow sheath, arrow 4 shows the same strap that passes around the quiver.
I think that strap (arrow 4) is important to help stabilize the quiver, keep it pointed in the right direction. |
