Our mission: To help individuals and organizations move from cultural awareness to cross-cultural skills, through competent, creative and conscious intercultural communication.
We provide cross-cultural training and cultural competency training in the Wichita area.

Our long-term goal is to deliver our 3-step program in association with experts in the field.
