1848
A key date in the history of the cultural war is 1848. This is the year Marx and Engels wrote against the family in The Communist Manifesto and Elizabeth Cady Stanton, the worst woman in American history, wrote her feminist statement. Seventy-two years later women got the vote in 1920 and 72 years later in 1992 Sun Myung Moon proclaimed himself the Messiah. It will take another 72 years to restore the good values held in 1848. The ideology of Marx and Stanton is feminism. It is an attack on the traditional family that has the man as the breadwinner and the woman as the homemaker. There is, in God's plan, a division of labor between men and women. Opposites attract. Feminists like Betty Friedan and Gloria Steinem brought about a sexual revolution in the 1960s that says patriarchy is oppressive and women should work outside the home and men should help in ironing clothes. It is a quixotic crusade against human nature. Most people have been brainwashed by feminist intellectuals. Anti-feminist, pro-traditional writers are seen as reactionary bigots who have some sick nostalgia for a past slavery of women. Feminists are male bashers who constantly lie that men are basically violent and women are victims. Dave Thomas is right in refuting this charge in his book Not Guilty.
The result of feminism in the 20th century has been horrific. The greatest war in these Last Days is between feminists and traditionalists. Unfortunately the traditionalists are often not absolute about a woman's place is in the home. The most famous traditionalist in America is Phyllis Schlafly who confuses the issue by running for Congress. The result of this confusion in her own family is that one of her sons became gay. Dick Cheney's wife has a career and even though she writes and campaigns as a conservative, she too has a gay child. Women must go home -- absolutely. Every woman needs to be protected by men and not compete with men in the marketplace. This is not a crusade to bring the 19th century back. They were not perfect in the past. Slavery, for example, was written in the U.S. constitution in the 18th century. What we need to do is restore what was good in the past. There is no statute of limitations on truth. The Bible is 2000 years old but it is correct when it says in Ephesians 5:21 that men are to be the leaders of women. There are to be no exceptions to this rule anymore than there are exceptions to any absolute moral value. There is no exceptions to fornication and rape. Someday there will be an ideal world and it will be one where there is perfect masculinity and perfect femininity. God has revealed what that is in such books as those by the Andelins and Mary Pride.
In this book I will quote from many liberals and conservatives in this cultural war. My personal angle -- what is original to me in this debate is that I am saying that we must live by absolute values and there are no exceptions to the rule. We must strive to have every woman provided, protected and led by men. If her husband or father will not take care of her then men in her spiritual community should do so. If there are none and she has to work then she should do as Helen Andelin teaches and get work that is feminine and of course, never be a boss over men. This means women cannot be teachers in classrooms that have men and they cannot be politicians. This cultural war will eventually be won by those who live by God's absolute laws. There is no truth to the statement that the ends justifies the means or that indemnity means we do what is evil to restore evil. When the UC begins to live by absolute roles in the family then Mormons will cease to be the fastest growing religion in America because they are joining the UC that is sweeping the earth. Mormons are absolute about men being patriarchs in the home and church but like everyone else are not against women leading men in society. When the UC teaches absolute patriarchy then it will absolutely dominate the planet and become the only ideology on earth.
