BEYOND THE  DEATH  OF  A  LOVED  ONE

We all face physical death.  After that, eternal life with Yahshua comes to Christians; eternal death comes to those who reject Yahshua.  Until we saints individually face our Lord and Saviour in eternity, we can turn to Him for comfort in time of grief.  Christian ladies, it is a valid ministry to ease the grief of YAHVAH's people by directing them to the Source Of Solace, Yahshua.

YAHSHUA'S  BALM  IN  TIME  OF  GRIEF

"But I trusted in thee, O LORD: I said, Thou art my God.  My times are in thy hand:" (Psalm 31:14-15, KJV)

"Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints." (Psalm 116:15, NASB)

"Surely He [Yahshua] hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows:" (Isaiah 53:4, KJV)

"Jesus said unto her [Martha, whose brother Lazarus had just died], 'I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in Me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:  And whosoever liveth and believeth in Me shall never die.  Believest thou this?'" (John 11:25-26, KJV)

"For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens." (II Corinthians 5:1, KJV)

"And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, 'Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea,' saith the Spirit, 'that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.'"  (Revelation 14:13, KJV)

                    BEYOND

Beyond the smoldering ashes of your
     sorrow,
Beyond those tears that glisten on your
     cheek,
Beyond the mists of doubt that haunt
     the midnight
And shroud the dawning day so cold
     and bleak. . . .
Beyond the hollow echo of grief's
     questions
That change the heart to stony canyon
     walls,
Beyond the loneliness that lies before
     you,
Like medieval castles' dreary halls. . . .
Beyond the hand that reaches out to
     comfort,
Trying so hard to close the door of
     loss,
Yet knowing well, though filled with
     deep compassion,
This is the bridge that you alone must
     cross. . .
Beyond this vale of human limitations
Where loved ones fall and lie beneath
     the sod,
There is a balm that heals all grief and
     sorrow
In the secret place alone with God.
His everlasting arms can still the
     tempest
And bring the weary soul a peaceful
     rest;
Strength will return to climb
     tomorrow's mountain,
Leaning on the gentle Saviour's breast.

"And the same day, when the even was come, He [Yahshua] saith unto them [His disciples], 'Let us pass over unto the other side.'  And when they had sent away the multitude, they took Him even as He was in the ship.  And there were also with Him other little ships.  And there arose a great storm of wind, and the waves beat into the ship, so that it was now full.  And He was in the hinder [stern] part of the ship, asleep on a pillow: and they awake Him, and say unto Him, 'Master, carest thou not that we perish?'  And He arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, 'Peace, be still.'  And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm."(Mark 4:35-39, KJV)
