| Intake: 0.15-0.20 mm (0.006-0.008 in) Exhaust: 0.18-0.23 mm (0.007-0.009 in) Note: Valves should be adjusted when the engine is cold. |
| Clutch Adjustment |
| 1: Remove the clutch adjust cover located below oil fill hole. 2: Loosen the clutch adjust locknut. 3: Turn the adjust screw clockwise until you feel resistance and stop. 4: Now turn adjust screw counterclockwise until resistance is felt 5: Hold adjust screw in place and tighten the locknut. 6: Reinstall cover 7: Test ride and make sure clutch is working properly |
