Today @ CUFSA deals with the current activities performed by CUFSA throughout the year. They include news on current CUFSA social projects as well as information and pictures regarding its members and its radio show.

SUMMARY

CUFSA EXECUTIVE 2002-2003

The CUFSA Executive for next year has been chosen. And while there hasn't been too much change, it is evident that the group will go forward to bigger and better things.

Our Radio show continues despite exams and the summer. Be sure to check out more news regarding new shows that will be broadcasted on CKCU 93.1 FM.

The show is bi-weekly every other Monday and we are more than open to suggestions on improving the show and topics for further shows. So any comments can be e-mailed to [email protected]

Lolo's child was the first endeavour the group has done in promoting Filipino Talent. This Independent Film was directed by Romeo "RJ" Candido and it was held in the National Archives of Canada. The night was a pleasant success.

CUFSA DEBATE: FOREIGN INTERVENTION

CUFSA recently had a debate regarding foreign Intervention in the Philippines. In doing this it allows CUFSA to take a stand on issues that involve the Philippines and the Filipino people. KATHLEEN'S WORKSHOP

This Year Kathleen Lim led the group at CUFSA with her own Leadership Workshop. Much like Avegaile's, Kathleen's goals were informing the group on issues and on group bonding.
