Lucas Terrier Scrapbook

In 1994 Mrs Judy Colville mated her tan bitch Irwin's Flossie to Fielder's Polo and produced the above dog, Colville's Monte. Monte was born on 12th July 1994 and is owned by Mrs Jenny Hopkirk.

Monte is a small dog with a hard Norfolk-like coat. He has been, and will continue to be, important in our breeding programme as, due to the Sealyham influence, hard coats are uncommon.

Monte was Best Open Dog at the Lucas Terrier Club Show in 1999.
