- To provide a social focal-point for all those
who share an interest in the Basque Country.
- To organise social events to bring together
members and non-members
who share this interest in the Basque Country.
- To promote the Basque language, EUSKARA, and
Basque culture.
- To attempt to promote a general awareness
of the Basque
Country throughout the university as a whole.
- To be politically unbiased.
- To create and strengthen links with the Basque
Country, its institutions and other Basque Communities throughout the
World.
- To co-operate fully with both the university
and other university societies who have similar aims and interests.
- To represent its members and their views before
the University.
- To create or strengthen links with Basques
other than those
at Cambridge University.
