This page, links to and from, and others of this nature are created to publicise the unfair and unconstitutional treatment of me by the politicians of this state, step family, and others of their association by allowing theft, vandalism, and murder of my assets and loved ones. I shall not rest until justice is served.

Summary Resume gives briefly accounts of the meager life which I have lived. There are many stories of injustice between the noted activities and I shall resort to their addition at a later time.

Today I shall focus on the theft of two major bank accounts both mine but never used by me due to mail fraud and criminals who snatched away the signature card and instated their own. To begin.

In the late 1960's when my step father, Dois D Webb, was in Vietnam, I and my siblings were found hungry. We were told there wasn't enough for us to eat, especially school lunch, so I was hired by some decent people who began paying $1.00 for girl friday type of work permitted with the "Green Card". (History may show that I was the youngest to ever obtain one. I was found in Pyong Taek, South Korea, then adopted after marriage of Dois D. Webb & Kim, Chong Ho.)

I would be called out and asked to do something and they would pay me. I was lucky. Not that now I could buy me, my siblings and my step mother food and other needed items, but the people responsible for the fortune they created for me paid well and was always in need of me. They were all very successful and began paying me in royalties as well. Soon following my hire a bank account was created for me through a bank in Farmersville, TX, by the paying parties and my step grandfather who is now deceased, Truman Webb. Monies were then deposited directly for me there and kept for my needs; and this went on for over 30 years! Although I personally did not knowingly receive funds from this account or ever make a withdrawal due to information of this account being held from me. Afterall, I was young and had forgotten and kept ignorant.

Since, 30 years and some has passed and those who have had access to this money has never as so much as mention it to me! I found out about it after collecting mail while residing with my step parents at 624 Manning Drive, Copperas Cove, TX. I played a maid to them and bringing in the mail was one of those things I did.

I found treasury checks made out to me as well as bank statements in my name. When I attempted to gain more knowledge of these assets all documents were taken from me and I have been kept from them and they from me. I did not get details on the accounts, I never opened the mail, just read the address. At the time, I knew it was I to whom the mail was for, but the mispelling threw me off the track having spelled my name something like: C ongt veb (ChongTWebb misspelled).

Also during my residence at 624 Manning Drive, I was fortuneate and won one of the first, if not the first, million dollar scratch off lottery. I asked Yong Hwa Webb (when convenient listed as Dois's wife who is the daughter of the man whom Dois really married) to take it to the police station for escort for deposit to the bank, I'm thinking it was the First National Bank of Texas, and have the winnings placed in the Goryeo Oriental Food & Gift Store account, for I own 1/2 of the gross of this retail store and thought I would at least see it at end. Untrue, in 1993 Dois & Yong sold the store and not getting any closer to giving away this bank account with the store, they did.

Prior to my residence at 624 Manning Drive, I lived for a short time in Southern California, The Valley. My residence was in Sylmar and I worked in Pacoima, was hired through a temporary agency in Sherman Oaks which gave me employment in Sepulveda. During this time, I (and Sen Kompt) won(!) the 1986 California scratch lotto gaining 17 (exactly I have once again forgotten) billion dollars. As the account to hold this money was being opened for me I and Sen Kompt with Bank of America and as I was putting my signature on the account card it was snatched from my hands but holding on I was able to write: Chong / Kompt on the card. I watched the "snatchers" write their names and since I have met them both, first at Bradfield Properties a leasing company in San Antonio when entering their office for the first time, attempts were made for me to sign away my fortunes to include the royalties by presenting papers which even named the thieves and two of which are on that signature card, Henry Dethloff, College Station, TX, now the father of my youngest sibling's husband & Robyn Smith, a clerk at San Marcos Title Company, San Marcos, TX, who I met by chance when looking for a notary when needing the Admission of Guilt of Yong & Dois Webb filed; who by the way falsely represented me as Yong Hwa Webb.

Obviously, I want it all back! After all it is mine, was mine and always will be. Those who have had access to it has been exploiting my life for over 30 years now and never once reminded me of any of my monies and when going to college told me assistance of $300 per month was too great, when all they had to do was to get it from the account created in Farmersville, TX, at the very least; but had they been honorable and decent, they would not have kept the information from me.

I belief my present efforts are quite just and should come about. All recipients who have been "dipping" into my monies without intent to repay, e.g., "loans" and those who have presented themselves as having power over these assets should immediately taken off the accounts, all monies to these parties stopped! They've had it for over 30 years and 18 years respectively, a great thing which never was theirs!

I now request all these funds and incoming funds of the same nature be placed into the NetBank MoneyMarketFund(xxxxxxxx984) after which I request all but a matching amount of the largest depositor of this money market account be put into US Savings Bonds of the Greatest Value when after their maturity, repurchases will be made and any "left over" monies will be split in half, half going to the NetBank Checking Account (xxxxxxxx976) recently created and the other half split in half, one half into purchase of CD(s) and the other in the MoneyMarketFund(xxxxxxxx984). Furthermore, all direct deposits going into accounts designated for me shall be retrieved and handled as instructed in this paragraph.
