As I have done prior to today I do again here in this letter. Due to fire, theft, and other uncontrollable incidences records and files are missing and in order bond obligations previously made I hereby state:

...personal insurance policies will be purchased in order to cover all payments to creditors and to Chong T. Webb in which case then monthly installment payments shall not be less than $4000.00 per month and in addition to and inclusive of amounts of monthly liabilities. Payments shall continue as have been paid, preferably, direct deposit to her personal account. (In case of her death, all creditors shall be paid outright unless other terms are met by parties involved.)--and this we shall respect untill all obligations are fulfilled. yhw (initialed)
