There is something of some importance which I remembered today and believe you need to know.

Fist of all, there is a USMarshall who dresses in white when seeking lottery winners to hand over the fortune. This one I've seen be assaulted on three different occassions, to my best recollection today, and know he is being had by another.

1-I first witnessed him assaulted on 624 Manning Drive when after my win he had attempted to reach me. He was packed about 1 house distance down the street from me. To my best recollection he had called my name and in identifying I asked him to hold on to the money till I contacted him again. Unfortuneately, I forgot all about it till recently and he was beaten up as he was attempting to get back into his automobile, and believe he may not remember the encounter.

In fact, whoever has been at 624 Manning Drive since my departure in Sept of '92 to present, or someone living close by, may have taken up my identity or some fraudulent power of attorney (most likely a copy of what I needed for Dok Su Kim inorder to leave California in late December of 1986 with my '85 nissan pulsar - totalled on December 19, 1991, the day of the last payment on the note. (If i am mistaken and a designated agent or liaison has the money, then I suspect all is proper and should not be given out to anyone than what is proper; and for that win as well as others he may have on hand, i see him having the power to hold that money and do justly as he sees fit, until he is able to contact me direct or hits my site at Yahoo and follows my prescriptions as willed. This I would appreciate tremendously.

2-I saw him assaulted on Skila Drive at Waterwood Developments prior to the arson fire of my home at 22915. He was assaulted, robbed and the Cuban Clan paid with the money taken from him.

3-I watched him another time be assaulted at the gas pumps while attempting to get back into his vehicle at the Shamrock gas station located at Holbrook (spelling ?) and Rittiman Road (just across the street from Spanish Main). This was the day I won one of the $4000 per month scratch off ticket.

4-He really shouldn't trust anyone named Orlando Sepulveda from TEC.

I had the pleasure of finally meeting him (but did not recall my previous sitings and encounters) face to face at the Fort Sam PX one afternoon. We did not have a date but met later for a brief chat. He really is a nice man, but has some weird balding "cling ons".

It would be nice if he remembered me and of my wins and gave me a call or fax me here, (512)990-3113. I could get Yong Hwa to drive me to a meeting place for the transaction. Of course, I'd give him some for such policing! He is one who I am certain would not deviate from the legalities of showing me my ownership and at last, getting some money into my hands. I have found a bank which I trust and I suspect that's where I'd head for. And I have been thinking of him alot lately but dare not call. As I've said, we never dated but my thoughts are so much on that man in the white suit, geepers, we may even be soul mates after all.

Obviously, those who have used my name to fraud and steal and ravage, etc., these many many past years are all exposed by now or soon will be. I really do not wish to wait any longer for that final maneuver. (I admit, I am quite bored with all these blocks against my will here.) The way I see it, justice is close on their heals and I am ready to go and live again. The two I live with here cares less for me than a total stranger might on the streets of san antonio!
