All endeavors to include any and all expenditures must have focus of right to life through peace and longevity of land and life, and most noteably not to exclude any animals from this consideration especially those attacked by the humane societies, pochers, and human hunts. Particular direction should begin with those currently being attacked today, and not to exclude cats and dogs of all species. (My writings and wishes through these specifics shall not be interpreted by and/or through any "perverse" manner and form, e.g., accepting interpretations from someone or ones who interprets "woman's suffrage" as "making a woman suffer", etc., for this is obvious perversion and totally unacceptable!) One must always keep in mind, my final battles were to give freedom, shelter and provide for animals and my pets accepted on my lands by and through any and all legal means, as well as, to provide shelter and provisions for the homeless children.

LAND: 12,000 square acres (48.076923 sq km)* (This is not a limit. Acquire what is available and possible.) I'd like to see "Horse-Rail" style fencing along the perimeters; and just within this "boundary line" would like to see "Cinder-Block" style of maze similar fortress formation. A resemblance to natural formations would be quite appropriate (and most likely will be used by the natural "animal habitats" of the land, and most welcome to do so ). I especially like the mountainous foothills and the sea. (Possibly an official can make availables known to us.) Must click to Other Links of Interest for more info; here I emphasise my desire for acquisition of all and any lands available especially that in and of the US, e.g., "free lands of Arizona desert," and any structures thereof to be construction primarily consisting of recycled refuge (ash), recommending use of amonia, epsom salt, vegetable dusting sulfur, hydrated lime, insecticidal soap, 7-7 dust (once to twice annual, liquified for purpose of cleaning structures' exteriors), peat moss, burning of citronella candles 24 hours each day until undesireable chemicals of the land and air are exhausted, etc., as I've shown and intend to further exploit desire in other pages of this site), and refuge incinerator should have bottom as well as top with the burning at bottom and "new refuge" placed above.
Also add the idea and desire of granting to each and every MexicanCitizen to receive 1/2 that granted to each and every USCitizen for annual allowance as detailed in A Poor Girl's Dream (written to WC before the 22915 Skila Drive arson fire) on the agreement that Mexico be put into my estates as my private property under the guidance of this will and The Agency. (Addendum: Also, each and every Agent and Liaison mentioned within my last will and testiment, addendums, and writings of should never receive less than (2)x that granted to each and every USCitzen for thier endeavors, truisms, struggles, patience, and virtues, etc., to execute my will during and after life.)
HOME: Will consider already established estates as well as new construction made with available resources. (Just had the funniest idea. If Mexico would let us have their garbage, we could turn it all to ash for brick, blocks, etc., and other needed items for the full construction of this estate. Of course, it can have 100 bedrooms and must be able to accommodate no less and 60 visitors, libraries, greenrooms and houses, sun rooms, saunas, gyms, entertainment centers, kitchens, and individual apartments, etc.; and with special "ports" to the individual rooms for ease of access and entry into and out of the "public gathering" rooms, to include the living room, parlor, entry hall, etc.

EMPLOYEES: Curators (enclusive of all and not to exclude need for household, animal, and lawn & garden); Security with special privileges trained and commissioned through the Mexico government to aide in the life of the estate and its keepers!

MONEY: Must secure money in bank from interest to cover expenses, fixed and variable, now and in the future. Not More Than 1/2 of the interest should be made available for this purchase with the remaining 1/2 to be deposited back to the major principal account. (Just opened a checking account with NetBank. Had opened one just prior to the fire at 22915 Skila Drive and didn't get the opportunity for transactions but the initial deposit (or so, exactly I do not recall) but they look good and have been prompt. Choosing them to handle the encumbrances (expected expense account mentioned above) would not be a bad idea...consider this, surely there's no institution worse than BofA who I've got now. But as not to leave out BofA intoto, I think the initial deposits should be made to NetBank, then with my approval / authorization can be directed to the Bank of America Account (checking account now available to me), then to a Bank of Mexico, via C2it banner (CityBank?)on my ...cts... site; looks like I need to open one more bank account; I'll try to open one this month or for sure, by end of next month. From this account, or what will be available for transactions, I can stabalize payments by the Internet for the entire duration of the estate holding. The idea of automatic payments is a true relief, but through BofA, it's unrealistic, so let me change the thought above ("...as not to leave out BofA....") and keep the ...4645 account to be used as a "watch" account, with it i'll arrange monthly direct payments to something like the Sierra Club (which I shall join soon). I suppose if they don't get their monthly donation, they have the drive to see to it that they will!
Furthermore, majority of monies over the "needed" amount coming through NetBank checking will be deposited to the Savings Account-up to the insured amount (which I will soon open), 1 coupon CD purchased at beginning of each month (largest available) which I will set up, and the remainder deposited to my NetBank Money Market Account which I have just opened.
This "system of e-payment" with the ulilization of the abpve mentioned accounts should also be used for all other "plans/programs" which I have devised in request, then and now, with the enforcement of prescribed above mentioned method, accessing these same accounts, until I open others as needed, to be used for the purpose of paying liability accounts as prescribed above, keeping this NetBank Checking account as the "initial recipient account" of the above mentioned 1/2 of interest to be used for fixed and variable expenses. (...and of course, all recipients of this "e-payment" method should be expected to have an account ready for automatic deposit in order for this method/system to work properly, wherever they may be in this world of ours.)
Emphasis should be placed on purchase of US Bonds with all monies and all but 1/2 interest at time(s) of maturity should be used to repurchase more bonds. This cycle should never cease. The 1/2 interest kept in the NetBank Checking Account should be used to purchase the 1 monthly CD, deposits made to Savings Account & MoneyMarket Account, etc., as described in previous paragraph.Click: for Futhermore...
