The Games
1) We (my son, older daughter and I) saw the Riversharks play the Nashua (New Hampshire) Pride in the afternoon on August 15, 2001.  Nashua won, 8-4.  Nashuas starter, Lenin Picota, struck out 10.  First baseman DJ Boston went 4 for 5, and right fielder Jose Malave went 3 for 5, hitting his 19th HR.  For Camden, 3B Brad Strauss lead off the home 1st with a HR.  The Camden RF was Nelson Abreau, brother of the Phillies Bobby.  Tom Seavers son, Mark, also a RHP, was listed in the yearbook, but he was off the team by then.

Sam Horn, a former major leaguer with Baltimore and I believe Boston, was on Nashuas bench.  It was a very hot afternoon, and he was throwing cups of cold water up over the visitors dugout and onto the crowd.  Nobody minded, except for an usherette, who, after yelling at Horn, was of course doused herself, to the delight of the fans.

3) On July 17, 2002, my son and I and my wifes uncle saw the Riversharks play the Long Island Ducks.  Camden scored 2 in the 1st, 1 in the 2nd and 1 in the 3rd, before LI got on the board with one in the 5th.  Camden scored 1 more in the bottom of the 5th, which ended up being the difference, as they won 5-4.  Camden CF Dwight Maness scored 3 runs.  The Riversharks made 4 errors, leading to 2 of LIs runs.
