Guidelines | |||
| Our waterfront home holds many wonderful memories for our family and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. We ask you to abide by the following guidelines. Your deposit indicates your agreement to abide by our rules. Violation of any guideline will terminate the rental agreement and will result in the forfeiture of all funds. | |||
 | Please limit the number of residents/guests to no more than 14 adults and children at any given time. | ||

| Your deposit is fully refundable up to 21 days prior to your check in date, or later if we are able to rent it for the full duration of your reservation. | ||
| | The balance of the rent is due 2 weeks prior to the check-in date, for rentals of less than one week, the balance is due in full at time of reservation. | ||
| | There is no smoking allowed. The entire property is a drug free environment. | ||
| | No pets please. | ||

| Make no alterations to our home and please leave it in the same condition as when you arrive. You will be responsible for damages caused by negligence of family, friends, invitees or guests. | ||

| Maintain our home in a clean and sanitary condition at all times. | ||
| Ensure that the stove, refrigerators, oven and microwave are clean before leaving. | ||
| Remove all soiled linens and put in day bed room for the housekeeper (please do not do the laundry). | ||
| Mill Bay park is 1/2 block for the house, where you can launch your watercraft. | ||
| There is ample parking at our house for your boat trailer on the drive (no parking of vehicles in the grass). | ||
| No tents on the lawn. | ||
|
| Tenants will refrain from loud music or other noise that offends neighbors in this quiet setting. | ||
|
| Properly dispose of all rubbish, garbage and waste. | ||
| | Owners assume no liability for damage to tenants' personal property or for personal injury. | ||
| | Use equipment at your own risk. | ||
| | Owner reserves right to inspect at any time. | ||
