The BASSA

script of the Bassa on the central coast of Liberia :

The Liberian Post, Page 8 also says, "By dreams, indigenous systems of writing were invented. Dwaki Bukele (Vai tribe) invented such a system. Other scripts are Bassa Vah (invented by Di Widah).... " So the Bassa script also had a named inventor, Di Widah. |
