Advertising Policy for the C.T.C.A Tips Newsletter:

1) A business card directory will be offered annually in the January CTCA Tips @ a cost of $5.00 per business card.

 

2) A one (1) page flyer may be attached to the CTCA Tips one time per year and the flyer must be "PRE APPROVED" by the Board one month prior to print.  Once approved, you must deliver 400 copies to the Tips Editor by the deadline for the issue desired.

C.T.C.A Policy Decision on Subsidizing Events: (Submitted from Secretary’s minutes 01/07/04, and published in the CTCA TIPS newsletter March 2004);  all event coordinators should be aware of this policy and include it verbatim in event promotion articles in the TIPS:

 

C.T.C.A will subsidize community event prices only for C.T.C.A dues-paying household members.  All others (friends and relatives) will be welcome at the full group price.
