| The CTCA organizes a number of community activites and events throughout the year. Each activity or event is organized by a volunteer from our community. Many times the volunteer is a board member, but that is NOT a requirement. We'd love to see more community members involved in some of our events. We are going to try and update the directory ourselves. We could really use some help for this undertaking, especially in the fund raising area. We would like to solicit advertisments from local businesses to fund the updated directory . | SPECIAL REQUEST: Each year we try and plan activities for which all of the different age groups can participate. In addition, events like the Egg Hunt and the Santa Run require the purchase of supplies (i.e., candy and prizes) and every effort is made to purchase age appropriate items. It would be very helpful for the chairperson's of the various events to have an idea of how many children and what ages and genders we might expect. We would like to get a list of children and their age and gender so we can better plan our activities. PLEASE INCLUDE THE NAMES AND AGES OF YOUR CHILDREN ON YOUR MEMBERSHIP FORM or if you forgot, please e-mail CTCA at [email protected] with this information. |
