| Article I
Name The name of this organization shall be the Burlington Historical Society, Inc. Article II Membership, Dues and Voting Section I All meetings shall be conducted according to Robert�s Rules of Order. Section II Membership in the Burlington Historical Society, Inc. shall be open to all persons, groups or organizations interested in the purposes of the Society. Upon payment of dues as designated, the applicant shall become a member. Section III Dues received from September to December are applicable to the following calendar year. Membership classes shall be: Individual Family Senior Business Life Contributing Section IV The Board of Directors shall determine the amount of annual dues subject to the vote of approval by the general membership at the annual meeting in November.
