Cattle Baron Steak & Seafood Restaurant - Without any doubt the nicest Restaurant in town. A great atmosphere, excellent food and the best Soup- and Salad-Bar this side of the Pecos. Though a bit "pricy" the portions are uge. If you like Seafood try the Captn's Platter. If you are in the mood to pamper yourself... go for the Steak and Lobster. The Restaurant has also a nice Lounge with a beer and liqueur-License. The Margaritas are good, but at Tia Juana's and at Pepper's Grill & Bar much better.

Cattleman's Steak House - If you like Steaks, you should not miss this excellent Restaurant. It has not quite the cozy atmosphere of the Cattle Baron, but almost. The Restaurant is decorated with everything you can imagine that has to do with a cattle drive. And their Steaks are out of this world. With your Steak they serve the best beans in town - in a cute way: They have a little pot just for your table. The cole slaw is sinful with a hint of pineapple. My oh my, just writing all this makes my mouth water.... *grin* Only handicap: It is to far away from where I live... and they do not have a beer and wine license.

Pepper's Grill & Bar - Wonderful atmosphere, great Food (I love their Steaks, Hamburgers and Fajita's - though of course not as good as Davids) with a huge selection of American and Mexican specialties. The Service is outstanding. You are very close to the Museums and shops. Easy to walk everywhere, even in the heat of the summer.
If you want to have a fun time and meet the locals of Roswell in an relaxed atmosphere, this is the place to come on a Friday or Saturday night. In the summer they have also live music on their cute Patio.
Their Lounge is really comfortable with a great selection of Drinks and the best Margaritas in town.
